Please let us know if you have any trouble placing your order). Please note that all Canadian orders must be placed by clicking here.

Shipping:

All orders default to the least expensive shipping method (UPS, USPS). Since UPS can't deliver to a P.O. Box, all P.O. Box orders will be sent by Priority Mail or First Class Mail.

We now have a Canadian Shipping Department. Canadian orders are shipped from Canada and therefore will incur no customs charges.

For International Orders: We do not ship by USPS Priority Mail even though the shopping cart lists that as an option. Internationally, we only ship UPS Worldwide Express. (Also, UPS Ground may show as an option for the United Kingdom but UPS Ground is not available for international orders).

When will I get my Order?

 
UPS Shipping Notification and Tracking

When your order is shipped by UPS,

  • You will be sent notification by email that will include a UPS tracking number so that you will be able to track your package on the UPS web site (provided that you supply us with your email address when you order).
  • Your order should ship within 1 business day (orders made before 3pm Eastern Standard Time in the United States and before 11am EST in Canada will be shipped the same day).
