you WAIT until you have the D.M. and that you read it thoroughly BEFORE
you take even one capsule. ... read the manual. This is very important.
Please wait and take the time to read it. And then, read it again after
you begin the protocol. Don't skip anything. Read the case studies carefully.
They may not make sense the first time, but they will when you have read
the manual and go back and read them again. After you have read the manual,
go back and re-read the section on
Unsteadiness.
Reading the Doctor's
Manual and understanding the protocol are important if you want to "do
it right" and succeed. Especially if your Doctor is a novice with
WTS

my second cycle. My husband and I are both pleased with the changes we
