When
will I get my order?
When
UPS says Next Day Air, they mean that the shipped package will arrive the day
after it's shipped. In a way, that's day two. Day one is the day it is shipped,
and day two is the day it arrives. Likewise, when UPS says 2nd Day Air, they mean
it will arrive on the second day after the day that it's shipped. In other
words, UPS doesn't count the day it was shipped when they're describing their
delivery services. If we count the day it was shipped, packages shipped 2nd day
air arrive on the third day.
When
people order by UPS Ground, UPS says it will arrive within 1-6 business days depending on your origin and destination.
But that's business days, not including weekends or holidays. Therefore, if your
order is shipped on a Wednesday,
| Then... |
would
be the... |
| Thursday |
first
day UPS counts |
| Friday | 2nd
day | | Saturday
and Sunday | wouldn't
count | | Monday | 3rd
day | | Tuesday | 4th
day | | Wednesday | 5th
day |
So you can see that although UPS says 1-6 business days, depending on how far
you live from Michigan (our fulfillment center), it might take a week or longer for a package shipped UPS Ground to reach
you. Also, if you order after 3pm Eastern Standard Time in the United States or after 11am EST in Canada, your order may not be processed or shipped until the next business day. For example, if you order after 3pm on Friday in the US, your order will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
Priority Mail
Priority Mail usually takes 5 - 7 business days to arrive.
