There are 200+ WTS doctors across America. But that’s a small consolation if there’s no WTS doctor near you! What can you do if there’s no WTS doctor nearby?
Talk to your current doctor. Share what you know about WTS and T3 therapy, and then politely ask, “I really feel this might be what’s wrong with me… would you be willing to work with me on it?” If your doctor agrees, you may have just found the perfect WTS practitioner for you! Here are some tips for talking to your doctor and creating your own path to WTS protocols:
- Make it easy. Direct your doctor to our new online video T3 tutorials, and let him or her know that with only 30 minutes of viewing, s/he will be ready to start using T3 therapy in his/her practice.
- Be prepared. Do your homework on T3 therapy and WTS before speaking with your doctor. A well-informed patient is more persuasive. Be sure to watch all the T3 tutorial videos yourself (This site is a great starting point for collecting information!).
- Help your doctor help others. Tell your doctor about the groundswell of patients seeking T3 therapy. By learning to provide T3 therapy, doctors gain a powerful new way to help patients that aren’t being helped by other doctors.
- Spread the word. Be sure to tell your doctor how you found out about T3 treatment, especially if it was from a friend or family member who’s benefited from T3 therapies. This will help the doctor know that there are a lot of people needing, getting, and talking about this treatment.
- Take charge of your health. If your doctor declines T3, that’s OK, too. You can still seek out an open-minded practitioner. And don’t forget to keep checking our updated WTS doctor list!
